Under the Corporate Social Responsibility i.e. CSR, the new smart class has been developed in the Noida government school. The CSR funds are used to make government schools technologically advanced. In order to make students more aware of the technology and the smart world we live in, the smart class has been inaugurated. Based in Harola, Noida, computers and smart board are installed in the school. This school is not the only one getting technologically advanced. More than 50 schools in Noida have been equipped with new products and smart classes.
BN Singh, DM, Noida told media that they are trying hard to bring better infrastructure for the students. They are planning to improve school campus, washrooms and classrooms, step by step. He said that he is hopeful that these positive steps toward development will be fruitful. In these schools, smart classes, along with libraries and better washrooms are being constructed.
Students are quite excited and happy with new smart class. They are finding it really interesting and innovative to study in a smart class. Girl students, particularly, were seen relieved due to the construction of washrooms. This is a positive and quite innovative step towards the betterment of the government school children.
As per the reports of Business World Magazine, last month, DLF Foundation installed smart classrooms in 10 government schools in Noida under its Integrated School Development Project with the mission to provide scholastic and co-scholastic support to students in the field of education. The Foundation through this initiative seeks to upgrade the academic standards and learning outcomes in these government schools. A total of 3096 students have benefited and 5000 students are expected to benefit after the completion of this project
