Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be addressing the 66th Annual convocation Ceremony of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur today. The event will be conducted via video conferencing where the prime Minister will be addressing the students and teachers of the institute at 12:30 PM. The other dignitaries to be present at the convocation ceremony include the West Bengal Governor, Union Education Minister, and Union Minister of State for Education.
The Prime Minister will also be inaugurating the Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee Institute of Medical Sciences and Research at IIT Kharagpur - a super specialty hospital being set up by Indian Institute of Technology with the support of the Minister of Education.

Visva Bharati University Convocation
The Prime Minister recently spoke at the Convocation Ceremony of Visva Bharati University which was also conducted online. The Prime Minister addressed the students of Visva Bharati University virtually emphasizing the National Education Policy which will be a turning point for the future of the country.
The convocation ceremony was conducted at 11 AM which was also attended by West Bengal Governor and Rector of Visva Bharati - Jagdeep Dhankar, Union Minister of State for Education - Sanjay Dhotre, and the Union Education Minister Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal.
The Prime Minister will also be interacting with the students on Pariksha Pe Charcha for which the registrations are open. Students will be able to interact with the Prime Minister directly and discuss the concerns or anxiety regarding the upcoming examinations.
