PSEB Class 10th 2019 board exam is going to commence from March 15. The exam is going to be conducted by Punjab School Education Board, Mohali. The first exam will be of Punjabi subject whereas the last board exam will be of Health and Physical Education on April 02, 2019. It is expected that this year more than 3 lakhs students will appear for the exam. In the meantime, students must note the exam will begin at 10 AM sharp and should arrive at the exam center 1 hour before the commencement of the exam to avoid any hassle. The official timing of the board exam is 10 AM to 1:15 PM, wherein the first 15 minutes will be given for scanning the question paper to get a firm grip over it. Further, the practical exam will be held in-between April 5 – April 18, 2019, after the completion of the theory exam.
In the meantime, students must remember to carry their admit card and should be properly dressed in school uniform. They need not panic and should read the question paper thoroughly before answering the questions right away. Students are also advised to not spend too much time on a particular question and proceed to the next question. Highlighting the main points and drawing diagrams wherever necessary are the key aspects students must remember to do. It is also advisable to leave 15 minutes for the revision of the answer sheet.
Earlier, Punjab Government released a circular wherein it clearly stated to add Punjabi as a mandatory subject in all schools of Punjab. It was made mandatory for Punjab Board students to appear for the Punjabi Exam to be promoted to the next class.
