According to the latest reports, the board officials have completed all the preparations and are all set to announce the PSEB Class 10 results tomorrow. However, the board has released the merit list today. According to the official report, a total number of 3,68,295 have appeared in the PSEB Class 10 examination out of which 2,19,035 candidates cleared the same taking the pass percentage to 59.47 per cent. Gurpreet Singh, a student of Shri Harikrishan Sahib Senior Secondary School in Ludhiana, topped the Punjab Board Class 10 examination with a score of 637 (98%).
While 1,04,828 girls cleared the exam, 1,04,126 boys passed the board exam. Mansa district tops in pass percentage tally with 73.76%, followed by Sri Muktsar Sahib (72.39%), Hoshiyarpur (67.14%) And Ludhiana (67.27%). Soon after the formal declaration of the results, the scorecards will be available on the official website of the board i.e. pseb.ac.in. Those candidates who are eagerly waiting for the PSEB Class 10 examinations are asked to keep all the important details ready for the fast and easy access to the results.

The candidates must note that the board will not issue the original mark sheet soon after the official declaration of the results. During the admission process, the candidates can produce the photocopy of the result. This year, the board conducted the PSEB examinations from 12th March to 31st March.
Last year, Shruti Vora scored 98.77% and bagged the 1st position in Class 10th Exams. Total 3,30,437 students took the examination out of which, 1,90,001 qualified. The overall pass percentage was at 57.50 %, which was around 4 per cent higher than the previous year. The boys scored the pass percentage of 52.35%, whereas 63.97% of the girls were successful.
