The declaration of the RBSE Class 10 Result 2018 will seal the fate of 10,82,972 students who have appeared for the examination. This year, Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan (BSER) had conducted the BSER 10th Examination 2018 from March 15 to March 26.

Last year, the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) had declared the results of the Class 10 Secondary School Certificate (SSC) exams on June 8 at 4 pm. A total of 10,98,921 students had registered for the examination out of which 6,30,342 were boys and 4,68,579 were girls. The boys had outperformed the girls by scoring 79.01 percent while the girls scored a little less with 78.89 percent. The overall pass percentage was 78.96 percent.
The Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan has been in existence since the year 1957 and is the sole regulatory and examination conducting body in the state of Rajasthan. Every year 15 lakh plus candidates register for the Rajasthan Board examinations, which are considered for admission to undergraduate courses in the colleges. More than 6,000 secondary education and senior secondary education schools are affiliated to the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan. The board under its jurisdiction conducts evaluation examinations through Secondary School Examination and Senior Secondary Examination. Apart from the school level examinations, the BSER conducts science talent search examination and national talent search examination too. The board also promotes Sanskrit and cultural studies and has a unique course structure in the form of Varishtha Upadhayay Parisksha at 10+2 level.
