In 2017, the girls outshined boys with 91.46% against 86.51%. This year also, the girls have outshined boys by securing better percentage. The Maharashtra Board SSC exam 2018 that commenced on March 1 and ended on March 20 were written by 14,85,000 students, including 834,000 boys and 650,000 girls. And, 17,85,000 students -- 973,000 boys 778,000 girls -- appeared for the SSC exam from March 21 to March 24.

As per the general trend, the Maharashtra Board will declare the SSC Results 2018 for Class 10 students from their Pune office. As per the reports, that state minister of school education Shri Vinod Tawde will preside over the declaration function for the Maharashtra Results along with MSBSHSE chairman Shri G.K.Mhamane. After the formal declaration by the dignitaries, the students will be able to check their SSC result 2018 of Maharashtra Board online on our result website maharashtra10.jagranjosh.com. Alternatively, MSBSHSE Results can also be checked on the official websites of the board i.e., mahresult.nic.in, mahahsscboard.maharashtra.gov.in, etc.

Last year, The Maharashtra Secondary School Certificate Examination 2017 (SSC Exam) was conducted this year in the month of March – April for 17.7 lakh students (9,89,908 boys and 77,76,190 girls) at 4,535 exam centres. Despite the increased student participation, the Maharashtra Board did a commendable job of bringing out the SSC Results on time. This year the examination was conducted from 1st March- 24th March 2018.
