The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, UPMSP is expected to start the evaluation of the answer sheets for UP Board Examination 2018 from 17th March 2018, as per the sources. The result of UP Board 2018 Examination is expected to be declared in the month of April, most probably by the third week. Some sources have also confirmed that the board is expecting to complete the checking in about three weeks.
According to the sources, it has been informed that the Uttar Pradesh School Education Board or UPSEB would be arranging for CCTV vigilance of the evaluation process as well. The step has been taken to ensure the decorum of the examination. After cracking down on the massive cheating incidents in the state, the board now wishes to further extend the process of due diligence.
It has been speculated that over 67 lakh students had registered for the UP Board examinations 2018. However, following the mass cheating crackdown, over 10 lakh students have dropped out of the examination. Sources have also stated that the two examinations which were canceled at different centers will now take place on 13th and 15th March 2018.
The evaluation would only start after the re-examination has been successfully conducted. It has also been claimed that the results for UP Board 2018 Class 10th or Matric as well as UP Board 2018 Class 12th or Intermediate examination would be declared simultaneously by the board.
The UP Board 2018 examination for Class 10th concluded on February 22nd, 2018. For Class 12th or Intermediate examination 2018, the last examination is scheduled for March 12th, 2018. The UP Board would also be conducting a re-examination for class 10th science and class 12th Physics examination, the dates of which would be intimated soon.
