The UPMSP or Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad Class 10th or Matric and Class 12th or Intermediate Board Examination Results are tentatively expected to be declared by the last week of April or in the first week of May. As per the sources, the evaluation of the answer sheets is under process. The board will soon wrap up the evaluation process of the answer sheets, and declare the results. Last year, The UP Board Result 2017 for Class 10th and Class 12th was released on June 9th.
Earlier, Uttar Pradesh Board secretary Neena Srivastava said, “Since we started the exams from February 6, therefore the results will be out early. In 40-45 days, we have plans to publish both classes’ results. After evaluation, we will send copies for double-checking at our regional offices.” This year the board has decided to safeguard the answer sheets of the students in a locker. Strict measures have been taken to ensure that no marksheet or answer sheet is leaked before the announcement of the result.
The Uttar Pradesh School Education Board or UPSEB has been conducting the evaluation procedure under the CCTV vigilance. This step has been taken to ensure the decorum of the examination. After cracking down on the massive cheating incidents in the state, the board now wishes to further extend the process of due diligence.
According to the sources, over 67 lakh students had registered for the UP Board Examinations 2018. However, following the crackdown of cheating mafias, over 11 lakh students dropped out of the examination. This year, the results are going to be declared a month before the actual timeline, which is too early for the students. So, all the students are requested to keep an eye on the website.
It has also been claimed that the results for UP Board 2018 Class 10th or Matric as well as UP Board 2018 Class 12th or Intermediate Examination would be declared simultaneously by the board. The UP Board 2018 Examination for Class 10th concluded on February 22, 2018. For Class 12th or Intermediate Examination 2018, the last examination was held on March 12, 2018. This year, around 36,55,691 students appeared for the Class 10th Exam while 29,81,327 students appeared for the Class 12th Exam.
