WB Madhyamik Result 2020 Update: According to the latest update, the West Bengal Government along with the WBBSE Board is likely to announce date for 10th Class Result 2020 soon after the lockdown ends. The details were shared by West Bengal Education Minister Partha Chatterjee, who said that dates for WB 10th Result 2020 will be finalized once normalcy is restored. The news has been a source of great relief for students who have appeared for the 10th Class Board Exams and are waiting for the declaration of results. The declaration of West Bengal Madhyamik Pariksha Results 2020 have been delayed due to the national lockdown announced by the government to deal with the outbreak of Coronavirus in the country.
WB Madhyamik Result 2020 after Normalcy Restored
The key takeaway from WB Education Minister’s statement has been that the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) will be declaring the results soon after the lockdown is lifted. However, as a condition, the minister also mentioned that the results will be declared only after normalcy is restored in the state and the rising number of COVID-19 cases are brought under control. He also added that currently, the board has launched special drive to speed up the sporting and evaluation process for the board exam papers. He said that once the evaluation is completed by the board, the other processes involving result processing and making it available via online website, shouldn’t take much time.
Pending Exam for 12th Class Students in June
As per media report published by NDTV, the minister also said that the pending papers for WB 12th Board Exam 2020, will be held in the month of June 2020 after normalcy is restored. He said that only two papers are currently pending for Higher Secondary Students, which will be held after 10th June. He also added that holding the pending exam of 12th Class students is the top priority of government as admission to higher education institutions depend on them.
