WBBSE Result 2018: The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) has announced WBBSE Madhyamik Result 2018 today on the official websites of the West Bengal Board i.e. wbresults.nic.in and www.wbbse.org
. The candidates who have appeared for the WBBSE Class 10 Examination 2018 are asked to keep all the details ready for the fast and easy access to the WB Result 2018. Earlier, report from the West Bengal Board suggested that the Madhyamik Result will be announced at 10 AM in the morning. This year, the West Bengal Board conducted the Class 10 examinations from 12th March to 21st March. Now that the results are live, the candidates can check the Madhyamik Result 2018 on the official websites of the board i.e. wbresults.nic.in and www.wbbse.org.
This year, the declaration of the WBBSE Madhyamik Result 2018 will seal the fate of more than 11 lakh students. According to a media report, a total of 11,02,921 students have appeared for the Madhyamik exams this time, a spike from 10,71,846 students appearing for the exams last year. The number of girls who sat for the exams was 6,21,366, which constitutes 56 per cent of the total examinees. Meanwhile, 4,81,555 boys gave the exams this year, constituting 44 per cent of the examinees. Last year, around 11 lakh students enrolled in the WB 10th Examinations out of which 9,80,355 candidates appeared for the examination. The total pass percentage was 85.65 per cent, which was higher than the previous year.
