WBCHSE Result 2018: Students, Brace yourself! The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education has finally declared the WBSE HS Result 2018 today on the official website, i.e. wbresults.nic.in. The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education conducts the West Bengal Class 12th Examination every year. This year, the board organised the examinations for WBCHSE Intermediate or Class 12th from 27th March- 11th April. As per the official website of WBCHSE, a notification was result which stated that, ‘Result of Higher Secondary Examination- 2018 conducted by West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education will be published here (official website) on 8th June 2018 at 10:00 AM.’ The Press Release that was released by the board stated that the WBCHSE Result 2018 will be declared in a conference at Rabindra Milan Manch 7th Floor Vidyasagar Bhawan of the council.
Last year, around 7,73, 834 candidates appeared for WB HS Examination 2017, of which 6,22,435 cleared the exam with flying colours. The overall pass percentage stood at 80.04%.The distribution camp has been set all over West Bengal for the distribution of WBCHSE Result 2018. The WBBSE 12th Results 2018 will be live and available online on the official websites i.e. wbchse.nic.in and wbbse.org. Alternatively, the WB 12th Result 2018 is also available on our website wb12.jagranjosh.com, from where the students can easily download their WBCHSE 2018 Result scorecards.
The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education was established through the West Bengal Secondary Education Act, 1950, though it started functioning only around the year 1951. The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education is entrusted with responsibilities such as providing the curriculum for affiliated schools, monitoring the implementation of education policies and conducting yearly West Bengal Board Madhyamik Examination. Each year, around 10 lakh plus students take the West Bengal Board Madhyamik Examination.
