Andhra Pradesh Polytechnic Common Entrance Test commonly termed and understood as AP Poly CET 2015 is polytechnic entrance exam that is conducted by Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET) Hyderabad, for the admission to various diploma courses in technical/engineering/non-engineering courses in various institutes and colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Every year thousands of students appear for the AP Poly CET exam in order to take admission in various top private and government polytechnic colleges of the Andhra Pradesh state.
The Board of Education in Andhra Pradesh was established in the year of 1971. It regulates and supervises the system of Intermediate education in Andhra Pradesh. This board prominently known as BIEAP is the first ever state in India which adopted the 10+2+3 pattern of education. The board also provides a precise direction to the students and also offers support and leadership for all secondary education under its jurisdiction. These skills have been inculcated in the students and efforts have been made to provide the best quality education to all the students. There are certain scholarship programs conducted by the board of education and these scholarship programs motivate and encourage the students which help them to prepare rigorously and perform better.
Those candidates appearing for the AP Poly CET 2015 exam must make sure that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria in order to appear for this exam. The details of the eligibility criteria are- The candidate must have passed or must be appearing class 10th. The candidates who have passed with compartments are also eligible to apply. The candidates who are willing to appear for this exam must belong to Andhra Pradesh or must have completed their class 10th from the school based in AP. Also, the candidates appearing for the AP Poly CET 2015 must understand the exam pattern of AP Poly CET. The question paper consists of the questions from subjects reasoning, numerical ability, English comprehension and science. These questions are based on class 10th level. In order to crack the exams, the candidates are advised to prepare month before the exam using practice papers, mock tests, past year papers etc. These will give them a gist of questions they should expect for the exam.
The AP Poly CET 2016 application forms will be available from the month of April 2016. Interested candidates can fill the application form online from the official website of Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education and Training i.e. www.sbtetap.gov.in or you can also fill the application offline by purchasing application form with information bulletin. To assist the students in filling the application form the board has made arrangement so that the students can fill the application forms from the online centre appropriately, the candidates can fill the application forms on paying the fees to these centers. The result for this exam can be expected in the month of May 2016 from the official site.
