The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE), Raipur, declared the results of the Higher Secondary School Certificate (12th) Examination 2016 or CGBSE Class 12 results on 21 April at around 10.30 am. The CGBSE results for class 12th exam 2016 were declared on the websites: chhattisgarh12.jagranjosh.com, cgbse.net, results.cg.nic.in and cgbse.nic.in.
Shubham Bakshi, of Saraswati SMHS School, Rajkishor Nagar, Bilaspur, has topped with 97.60 percent marks. He scored 488 marks out of the total 500. He scored 99 marks in three subjects – Physics, Mathematics and Hindi whereas Sudhanshu Tiwari from Career Point World School, Bilaspur came in second with 97 percent or 485 marks. Rantidev Rathore, of Sarswati Shishu Mandir HS School, Naila Janjgir, also finished second with 97 percent. Third rank was bagged by a girl - Shriya Shukla of JR Dani Govt Girls HS School, Raipur, scored 479 marks or 95.80 percent and Ayush Pandey of Saraswati HS School, Korba, and Gaurav Dewangan of Govt HS School, Adawal, Bastar, also claimed the third rank.
As confirmed by the Chhattisgarh Board, the Chhattisgarh Result 2016 for Class 12th will be declared on 21 April 2016.
