This year Himachal Pradesh Board of Secondary Education conducted the Class 10th Examination from 12th March 2016 to 27th March 2016 and HP Board 10th Result expected to be announced on April last week.
HP Board 10th Result 2016 (HP BOSE Class 10 Results 2016) : The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) will declare the Class 10 examination results 2016 in the May 2016. The exams were held in March this year.
Last year girls have once again outclassed the boys in HPBOSE Class 10 exam. HP Board 10th Result were declared by the Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) on Monday, with 65.26% students passing the examination held in March.
Of the total 1,33,892 students who appeared in the HP Board Class 10 examination 2015, 86,304 passed while 18120 got compartment. Out of total 14, who made to the merit list eight are girls and six boys.
HPBOSE Class 10th Previous Year Passing Percantage
Urvashi of S. Vidya Mandi Senior Secondary School Ghumarwin, Bilaspur district secured the top position by scoring 99.14% while Palak Sharma (98.57%) from the same school stood second and Amol Sharma of King George Royal Public School Ner Chowk, Mandi (98.29%) bagged the third spot.
Swati Rana of Little Flower Public School, Durana in Kangra scored 98% to secure the fourth position followed by Arundhati of New Era School of Sciences, Shahpur (97.86%) and Divya (97.71%) from Senior Secondary Model Institute of Education, Devdhar Tihra, Mandi, who secured fifth and sixth spots respectively.
Sahil Dhiman of Greatway Public School Sujjal, Kangra secured seventh position by scoring 97.57% while Tamanna Sharma of Career Academy School Nahan and Vinay Thakur from Snower Valley Public School, Bajaura, Kullu both scoring 97.43%, remained joint eighth.
Tanu Sharma of Bumbloo Public School Hamirpur, Aman Garg of SD School, Santokhgarh, Priya Mahajan of Himachal Public School, Jhanduta, Bilaspur and Prashant Sharma of Snower Valley Public School, Bajaura, Kullu jointly secured ninth position by scoring 97.29%.
Manish Rana (97.14%) of New Era School of Sciences, Shahpuri in Kangra remained on 10th position.
