is also known as (Neaji Subhash Institute of Technology)offers every year admissions in various streams of engineering UG courses for session. All the candidates are required to attempt JEE Main 2015 and obtain a qualifying score to participate in the admission process. Institute is not conducts any separate entrance exam for UG Engineering .The admission process collectively is called NSIT 2015 Admissions. Eligibility Criteria For NSIT 2015:

Candidates must read the eligibility criteria before proceeding to fill the form and apply for the admission process. Eligibility is a set of rules and conditions set in the aspects of age, domicile, and educational qualification etc. Candidates must fulfill the criteria to become fully eligible for the admissions process. Else the form would be rejected in the screening process. We have compiled the eligibility terms for you below:

 

  • Candidates from Delhi and outside of Delhi both can participate in the admissions
  • It is necessary for the candidates to attempt JEE Main 2015 and obtain a valid score and All India Rank (AIR)
  • Candidate must have scored a minimum percentage aggregate of 60% in Math, Physics and Chemistry in class XII
  • Candidates from OBC category are relaxed by 10% score in PCM aggregate i.e. 50%
  • SC/ST candidates are required to just pass class XII
  • Children who are wards of defense category and PwD candidates are relaxed by 5% in percentile aggregate i.e. 55%

NSIT 2015 B.E Application Form:

To apply for admissions, candidates have to fill an application form on the official website of NSIT 2015. There shall be no offline mode of the application form and the only way to apply is online. Tentative date of release of the application form is 1st week of July 2015. The process of application would last around a week and shall end up by 2nd week of July 2015. In the application form, candidates have to fill complete and correct details about personal, education and communication information. These details must be verified after filling the fields. Also, you must pay a fee towards completion of the application form process. Following is the process to fill the application form successfully:

 

  • Access the official website of the institute www.nsit.in to apply for the exam
  • Browse to the link titled as “Apply Online” and click
  • Enter all the details asked such as – JEE Main 2015 Roll Number, Name of the Candidate, Date of Birth, Nationality, Class XII marks, Mobile Number, Address and Email ID

 

Check the information after filling and make edits, if necessary.

 

  • Click submit button to complete the application form
  • Application number shall be displayed on the screen, which you must note down for future reference
  • Immediately after submission, you will get a confirmation message on the screen
  • Thereafter, fill the choices of B.E./B.Tech courses in the decreasing order of priority
  • Application form submission is now complete

 

Important Information about NSIT 2015:

 

Candidates must remember his password always and must not disclose it to anybody. It is to be kept confidential and NSIT cannot be held responsible for any misuse of the same.

 

You must take printout of the registration form and get it attested either from the principal of the school/college last attended or from a gazette officer. It is to be submitted at the time of counselling and allotment in the institute. Once the registration closes, take printout of the filled choices, self-attest it and submit at the time of counselling and seat allotment. Once the registration ends, edit option in choices will not be available. You cannot edit the choices further and last saved choices will be considered for allotment. You can view the filled choices at any point of time. However, editing is not possible after the deadline of counselling.

 

NSIT 2015 B.E Counselling Process:

On being selected in the merit list after being screened off from the cutoff, candidates have to participate in the counselling process. For this, they have to remit a non-refundable fee of Rs.1000. Thereafter, they have to access the official website to register. They shall eventually fill the choices of courses in the decreasing order of preference. In the login fields, the following information would be present.

 

Modules Available in Candidate’s Account

 

Once the NSIT 2015 Application is submitted, candidate would be able to access the following modules and make necessary changes, if required. To access them, you have to enter application number and press login button.

 

  • Registration details – mentions all the details filled by the candidate in the application form
  • Choice fill – to fill the choices in the decreasing order of preference
  • Opted choice – displays the choices filled by the candidate in the order of preference
  • Edit details – to edit registration details before closing of registration
  • Choice available – displays available choices according to the category of the candidate
  • Change password – candidate can change his password as many times as he wants
  • Allotment letter – to be issued only when a seat is allotted after declaration of allotment result

Fees can be paid thru Credit / Debit Card / Internet Banking available as Bill Desk Payment Gateway facility on the official website. You have to pay anadditional transaction charge as given below:

 

  • Credit / Debit Cards – 1.00% of the counseling fee plus service tax as applicable.
  • Internet Banking – Rs.10 plus service tax as applicable.

 

In Internet Banking, you need to enter login ID, password, transaction password, OTP to proceed. In credit/debit cards, you have to enter the card holder name, expiry date, CVV, password to fulfill the transaction. Details must be entered correctly else there can be complications in transaction. You will be getting an e-receipt of the transaction for future purpose.

 

NSIT 2015 Seats:

Allotment will be make on behalf of JEE Main 2015 AIR, availability of seats and merit score in NSIT 2015 Counselling. Selected Students have to be download the provisional allotment paper from official website and report to the allotted college at the earliest after being allotted. Candidate must carry all the important documents with it's original certificates to the counselling and allotment venue.


If you belong to a reserved category, you must bring reservation certificate in proper format, signed by the designated authority. Allotment shall be carried as per domicile of the candidates as there would be different schedule for Delhi and outside Delhi candidates. You can check the allotment status online by accessing the result portal and entering the application number/JEE 2015 Roll Number. If you are allotted, you would be needed to pay the semester fees of the allotted institute as well.
