Formally known as Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University M.tech Admission. Candidates are eligible for the M.Tech. Admissions at the Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University if they have obtained valid GATE scores. Non GATE candidates or candidates who have not been selected inspite of having GATE scores must qualify in the Written Aptitude Test conducted by the University as well as the Personal Interview held thereafter.
The applicants for M.Tech must have passed the qualifying B. Tech. degree in the respective discipline with a minimum of 60% aggregate or CPI/CGPA of 6.5 in 10 point scale.
Admission to the PDPU M.Tech Admissions 2015 will be on the basis of valid GATE scores in First Phase and subsequently on the basis of the scores obtained in the Written Aptitude Test-WAT and Personal Interview in the ratio 50:50 during the Second Phase. It may be noted that the First Phase candidates need not appear for the WAT and are eligible for Direct admissions.
