VITEEE 2015 Results: The VITEEE 2015 exam for admission to engineering and architecture courses in Vellore Institute of Technology will be decalred tonight i.e 29 April 2015 or tomorrow morning (30 April 2015). But the counselling dates clash with Karnataka CET exam which is rescheduled to be held on May 12 and May 13.


Students will get their scores plus verdict on whether they have qualified for admission to the 14 Engineering Programs offered by Vellore Institute of Technology at its 2 branches: Vellore and Chennai. The results would not be sent by post to the candidates. However, their rank in the test would be intimated to them via SMS through the number provided during the application.


VITEEE result 2015 can be accessed on the official website of the VIT by entering their application number and date of birth. The VITEEE 2015 was conducted in several centres across the country and more than 2.5 lakh students have reportedly taken the test held online from 8 to 19 April 2015.


VITEEE result 2015 will show the test scores and the result as to whether they have qualified for admission to the 14 Engineering Programs offered by the institute in its two campuses based in Vellore and Chennai.

There will be an SMS message sent to the candidate on their registered phone number with the rank they obtained in the overall merit list.

Note: Candidates are requested to book the Train / Flight tickets in advance to participate in the VITEEE Counselling either in Vellore Campus / Chennai Campus


Following the declaration of VITEEE results by VIT (Vellor Institute of Technology) there will be counselling for Phase 1 that will begin from May 11 and continue till May 16, 2015. Remember that the counselling may be closed after three or four days and the institute does not guarantee you that it will hold counselling for all the days and for all the candidates.


The entire round 1 will be for those who scored ranks up to 20,000 only.

The engineering courses offered by Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) include Biotechnology, Computer Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Bio-Medical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.

VITEEE is an all India entrance exam, which is conducted by VIT University (VIT), Vellore every year. It is known as the Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE). The VITEEE is held for taking admission to the Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in various disciplines for the first year.
