Mobile Usage
As sometimes you don't even realise how much time you are squandering on mobile apps, she advised cutting back on phone usage.
Early morning study
She emphasises the value of studying in the morning, advises keeping your alarm clock away from your bed, and once you're up, you should study rather than go back to sleep.
Short and focused Study sessions
She advised making study periods brief and concentrated because it is impossible to maintain concentration for an extended time without taking a break.
Tratak meditation
She suggested Tratak meditation, which involves focusing on a single point such as a small object, candle flame, pencil, or a spot on the wall, to improve concentration.
Binaural beats
Additionally, she advised listening to binaural beats, which enhances focus and shortens the time needed to focus.
Walk and Exercise
The most crucial things are eating a balanced diet, getting regular exercise, and taking an almost 20-minute walk outside.
