Ram Ki Paidi
Every year, thousands of diyas are lit along the banks of the Sarayu River in Ayodhya as part of the Deepotsav celebration. A big celebration will be taking place.
Various dance performances
During the parade, dancers from various regions will showcase their skills in Dhobiya dance from Azamgarh, Kullu Nati from Himachal Pradesh, and many more.
25,000 volunteers to light diyas
The Ayodhya district administration have hired about 25,000 volunteers to light the diyas. The lamps will be counted by the Gunnies world record team with the help of drone cameras.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath
At 3 pm, Ayodhya's great Deepotsav program will begin. CM Yogi Adityanath will preside over the Deepotsav. Nearly all of the Uttar Pradesh government's ministers will be in Ayodhya.
Who will all be present?
Ayodhya will receive CM Yogi Adityanath at 2:00 pm. There will be ambassadors and high commissioners from over 50 nations. Brajesh Pathak and Keshav Maurya will be there.
Yogi Adityanath will perform saryu aarti
At 6.30 pm, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will perform Saryu Aarti, and at 7.30 pm, Ram Ki Paidi, the set of ghats along the Saryu riverbank, will host the festival of lights.
