Rule - 1
The saffron band should not be the bottom band of the national flag, and the flag should not be flown upside down.
Rule - 2
A national flag that is harmed or untidy should not be flown. No one or anything should be saluted by dipping the national flag.
Rule - 3
The national flag should not be displayed as a bunting, festoon, rosette, or in any other decorative way.
Rule - 4
The national flag is not permitted to touch the surface of the earth, the water, or the floor.
Rule - 5
The national flag should not be flown or attached in any way that could harm it.
Rule - 6
It shouldn't fly simultaneously with any other flag or flags from a single masthead (top of a flagpole).
Rule - 7
It should not be hung over a speaker's platform or used to cover the speaker's desk.
