Do you know?
Google Drive is where you store your files, photos, and documents online. But sometimes, it can get full. Tap to read in detail.
Delete Unnecessary Files
Go through your files and remove anything you don’t need anymore. You can sort by size to easily find the largest files.
Empty the Trash
Files in the trash still use up space. Go to the Trash section and permanently delete files to free up space.
Use Google One Storage Manager
Google One has a tool that helps you see what’s using up your space. It shows files in Drive, Gmail, and Google Photos, so you can delete what you don’t need.
Remove Duplicate Files
Sometimes we save the same file twice by mistake. Use tools to find and remove any duplicate files from your Google Drive.
Clear Google Photos
If you store pictures and videos in Google Photos, you can delete old or blurry ones to save space, or move them to a different place.
Delete Large Gmail Attachments
In Gmail, search for emails with big attachments (like pictures or documents) and delete old emails that you don’t need anymore.
