Have a Plan and Stick to It
You should have a plan in place for dealing with children whose behaviors are bad or are on the rise. If required, consult with the special education teacher.
Focus more on rewards than punishments
You should praise them to recognise their efforts. You can also make classroom activities so interesting that kids don't want to interrupt what's going on.
Give better directions
It’s always better to give directions to students and guide them on where they are going wrong and how they can improve their behaviour.
Established rules and regulations
If children understand the repercussions of their wrong behaviour, they may behave better. This will boost their comprehension.
Remember to Remain Calm
Whether a student challenges you, consider waiting to observe whether the student gives up. While it may feel like a lifetime, the prolonged wait time is successful.
Get to the Root of the Matter
Identifying the cause might assist teachers in anticipating student needs while maintaining control and avoiding unintentionally reinforcing negative conduct.
