Early life

Born in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, on October 4, 1997, Rishabh Pant, whose full name is Rishabh Rajendra Pant, is a left-handed batter and wicketkeeper from India.

Schooling

Rishabh Pant completed his early education at The Indian Public School in Dehradun. He moved to Delhi when he was 12 years old to train at Sonnet Cricket Academy.

Graduation

He attended Delhi's Shri Venkateswara College. Rishabh had always wanted to play cricket and looked up to the great Australian batsman and wicketkeeper Adam Gilchrist.

Domestic Career

For both the Rajasthan Under-14 and Under-16 teams, Rishabh Pant played. In 2015 when he made his Delhi debut. He never turned back to the past after that.

International career

During a series against England in January 2017, Rishabh Pant made his debut for India. He was the youngest player to make an International debut.

IPL Career

The Delhi Daredevils purchased Rishabh in 2016. He made a century in the 2016 Under 19 Cricket World Cup on the same day. He was an essential player.

2016 world cup

During the 2016 World Cup, he served as the India Under-19 team's vice captain. He is currently the captain of the Delhi Capitals in the Indian Premier League.
