The longest national roadway in India is this one. It was created by the merger of seven national highways. It began in the northern city of Srinagar.

National Highway 27: NH 27

It is the nation's second-longest highway. The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) is responsible for maintaining this roadway.

National Highway 48: NH 48 (old NH 8)

Delhi and Chennai, two of India's largest metropolises, are connected by this. In 2010, it was renamed as NH 48. It is India's busiest highway.

National Highway 52: NH 52

This national highway begins in Ankola, Karnataka, at the intersection with NH 66. This route was created by combining many of India's highways.

National Highway 30: NH 30 (old NH 221)

This route begins in the Sitargunj mountains in Uttarakhand and ends in Vijayawada. It travels through several districts in Chhattisgarh and UP.

The northeastern states of India are connected. This highway was previously known as NH 40, 44, 154, and 54 before national highway numbers were assigned.

This highway links the states of Odisha and Gujarat. The route is officially designated as travelling from Kolkata to Surat and is a portion of India's AH 46 network.
