BS Abdur Rahman University: Highlights
BSAU Chennai offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral courses. Admission to the courses is based on both merit and entrance examinations. Candidates must fulfil the BS Abdur Rahman University admission criteria to be eligible for the courses. The placement and training cell of BSAU Chennai functions throughout the year to help students in achieving their career objectives. The placements are managed by the placement and training cell of the institute. In addition to this, the cell also prepares students to face the reality of the marketplace through various training sessions and also conducts the placement process as per the student's convenience and ease of recruiters. BS Abdur Rahman University placement cell also conducts practice sessions and mock tests classes on Quantitative Ability, Aptitude, Logical and Reasoning to make students practise+ and get better before appearing for the written test and final interview. The placement process includes sending invites to the companies, registration done by the students, pre-placement talks, slot allocation, written test, group discussion and interview. It has a campus size of 50.19 acres with a student and faculty count of 6662 and 448 respectively.
