Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University (DPSRU) is the first pharmacy university in India and the third in the world. Established by the Act 07 of 2008 state legislature of Delhi and started functioning from 2015, located in Mehrauli-Badarpur Road, Pushp Vihar Sector 3 New Delhi. Approved by UGC (University Grants Commission) and AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education). It is ranked at 25th position in the pharmacy category as per NIRF rankings 2023.
Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University, New Delhi: Highlights
DPSRU New Delhi offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral courses. Admission to the courses is based on both merit and entrance examination. Candidates must fulfil the Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University (DPSRU) admission criteria to be eligible for the courses. DPSRU New Delhi has a campus area of 10.36 acres with a student and faculty count of 635 and 30 respectively.
