Goa Institute of Management or GIM is one of the most famous autonomous management colleges in the country.&nbsp;The college was established in 1993 by Romuald D'Souza. It is accredited by&nbsp;AMBA,&nbsp;SAQS,&nbsp;&amp; BGA and is a member of the AACSB. It is also approved by the AICTE and AIU. It offers&nbsp;&nbsp;Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programme&nbsp;is equivalent to the MBA degree. It is affiliated to Goa University and has been recognised by the NBA and AICTE. It was also ranked at the&nbsp;43rd position by NIRF 2025 under the Management&nbsp;category. ICAR-CCARI Goa signed MoU with the Goa Institute of Management&nbsp;for integrating science, technology, academia, and management in the field of coastal agriculture &amp; allied sectors.

Goa Institute of Management offers postgraduate and doctoral programmes. Admission to the programmes is done through entrance examinations. Candidates must appear for the respective entrance examination and obtain a valid score to be eligible for admission. GIM Goa placement cell organises all the placement activities. It conducts workshops, seminars, industrial visits and prepares students for GIM Goa placements.&nbsp;
