Great Lakes Institute of Management, Gurgaon offers Postgraduate Diploma in Management (2 Years) along with Post Graduate Program in Management (1 Year) course. In order to be eligible for admission, candidates must have completed their Bachelor’s with at least 50%. Candidates must have appeared for CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT and obtained a valid score. 

Step by step Great Lakes Institute of Management, Gurgaon admission 2023 process is as follows: 

1. To apply, candidates have to visit the official portal.

2. All the applicants for PGDM and PGPM courses will be screened based on the listed entrance exam scores (CAT, XAT, GMAT, or NMAT), academic performance and work experience.

3. Shortlisted candidates would have to undergo a 20-30 minute written test. This will evaluate their subject awareness and structured thinking.

4. After qualifying the written test, candidates will have to appear for a formal interaction with faculty and alumni to assess leadership potential, communication skills, and program fit.

5. Final admission will be offered as per "Total Selection Weightage".

Eligibility Criteria for PGDM 2026 Intake: 

1. All applicants must take the GMAT/CAT/XAT before applying to Great Lakes Institute of Management.
2. For the PGDM 2026 Intake, Great Lakes Institute of Management will accept GMAT results obtained after January 1, 2023, CAT scores done in 2024/2025, and XAT scores taken in 2025/2026.
3. All applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized institution, with at least 50% in 10th, 12th, and UG.
4. Only freshers and individuals with less than 36 months of work experience as of May 30, 2026 are allowed to apply.
5. Candidates having two to three years of work experience by April 30, 2026, are invited to apply for the One Year Flagship PGPM.
6. Candidates will be evaluated in accordance with the admission standards for their particular programs. The admissions committee may also recommend individuals for a certain program based on their assessment and program fit.
7. College / University rank holders will be given a particular preference in the selection process, with an additional weightage. The candidate is responsible for proving his or her rank.
