What is CODE at IIT Madras?
In 2022, the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras created the Centre for Outreach and Digital Education (CODE) to combine and coordinate the institution’s many outreach and digital education programs. Since its inception, CODE has taken over the many activities which are supervised by the Centre for Continuing Education, which was founded im 1986. CODE also coordinates all non-campus BS (Bachelor of Science) and web-enabled M.Tech programs at IIT Madras.
