Puducherry Technological University was established in 1984 and is the first State University of the Union Territory of Puducherry. It is located in Pillaichavady region of Puducherry. The University aims to achieve global eminence through transformative learning and research. PTU Puducherry is recognised by the AICTE. The campus spans 208 acres with a student and faculty count of 2381 and 138 respectively.&nbsp;
