TIFR Mumbai Admission 2025
TIFR Mumbai offers Ph.D., M.Sc and M.Sc Ph.D. programmes, the programmes offered are in the subjects including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer & Systems Sciences and Science Education. For admissions to Ph.D. programmes, students must hold an M.A./M.Sc./M.Tech degree and M.Sc admissions will be based on marks secured by the candidate in their bachelor’s degree. Admissions to all the programmes offered by TIFR (except science education) are based on a written test conducted by the institute followed by the interview session. The institute also accepts GATE/NET/JEST scores for admission to programmes. Candidates must appear for the respective entrance examination and obtain a valid score to fulfil the TIFR Mumbai admission criteria to be eligible for the courses.
