Annually, the University of Kerala organises a placement drive, inviting a diverse range of recruiters from various industries. Kerala University has a dedicated placement cell to ensure the efficient operation of the hiring process. Pre-placement programs are organised by the Kerala University placement cell so that businesses can interact with the students. The cell organises a series of hiring events that equip students with the necessary skills to navigate the final stages of the placement process. Candidates are given placements based on the eligibility norms. Applicants are encouraged to complete the selection procedure as determined by the recruiters.</p>
