Slovenia, the first Slavic nation on the list, comes in seventh with a score of 67.3. It has 42% of the total score category of Ecosystem Vitality.
Finland
Finland, with a total score of 76.5, is ranked third. It also comes in second place in the domain of environmental health as well.
Sweden
Sweden, with a score of 72.7, comes in sixth. Sweden's air quality is also comparatively good, consistently below WHO recommendations.
Denmark
Denmark, with an environmental performance score of 77.9, is the greenest nation, coming in first. It took first place in a crucial category, climate change mitigation.
United Kingdom
Remarkably, the UK, with a total score of 77.7, comes in second. UK's excellent performance with a score of 91.5 in the climate change mitigation category.
