Achievements of ISRO

India is the first country in the world to reach Mars in its very first attempt. It was launched on 5 November 2013 and with the budget of Rs 450 crores

Chandrayaan was the first moon probe or vehicle launched by India&which completed 95% of its objective

So far, ISRO has launched 405 satellites. In which 179 are foreign satellites and 226 are Indian satellites

On February 15, 2017, ISRO created history by launching 104 satellites.It set the record for the largest number of spacecraft ever launched on a single rocket

The SLV-3 project was the first indigenous and experimental launch vehicle by India, so far only 6 agency have done this including ISRO

Aryabhata was the first satellite launched by ISRO on April 19,&1975. It&was a experimental satellite to gain experience in operating the satellite in space

ISRO created India's own GPS system for navigation in marine, vehicle tracking, etc. It was&launched on April 28,&2016
