Philippines
Philippines is the second biggest producer of coconuts. It is estimated that around one quarter of the total farmland produces coconuts only.

As per reports, India is responsible for the production of 119 million tonnes coconuts. Coconut production is very crucial in the rural areas.
Sri Lanka
Sri Lanka is the fourth biggest producer of coconut and its annual production of coconuts goes upto 2,513,000 tonnes. Its climate is best for production.

Brazil is on the fifth number in the production of coconuts. The demand for coconut is increasing rapidly and in 2016 Brazil produced 2 million tonnes.
