All India Institute of Medical Sciences New Delhi or AIIMS New Delhi is a medical college and medical research public university. It is situated in New Delhi, Delhi, India. It operates autonomously under the aegis of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, it is also governed under AIIMS Act, 1956. It was established in 1956. AIIMS New Delhi is ranked 1st under the medicine category in the NIRF 2023 ranking list. It has granted the status of &lsquo;Institution of National Importance&rsquo; by the Ministry of Education (MOE), Government of India.

AIIMS New Delhi offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes. Admission to the programmes is based on entrance examinations. Candidates are required to register for the respective entrance examinations and appear for the examination to fulfill the AIIMS New Delhi selection criteria to be eligible for admission. AIIMS New Delhi has a dedicated placement cell that provides placements to students in their final year.&nbsp;
