Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar which is popularly known as IIT Gandhinagar is a public university for Tech. studies that was established in 2008 by the Govt. of India. It is established in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. IIT Gandhinagar is one of the top Indian Institutes of Technology and it has received the status of &lsquo;Institute of National Importance&rsquo;. IIT Gandhinagar offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctorate programmes. Admission to the programmes is made through various national/state-level entrance examinations. Candidates must register for the respective entrance examinations on its official websites and appear for the examination to be eligible for admission. Every year students are placed in reputed oragnisations and firms. IIT Gandhinagar Placements are taken care by the Career Development Services (CDS). It provides students a skill development and career guidance as well as for the recruiting companies to find suitable talent for their organisation. The entire process of placement drive right from corresponding with the companies to releasing the selected list is taken care by the Career Development Services. The placements of IIT Gandhinagar happen in such a way to ensure students do not face any inconvenience. The institute has a campus area of 400.00 acres with a student and faculty count of 1719 and 103 respectively.
