JSS Science and Technology University (JSTU) is a state private university, located in Mysuru, Karnataka. The university was established in 2016 under the JSS Science and Technology University Act No. 43. It is approved by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) and UGC (University Grants Commission). As per NIRF rankings 2023, JSS Science and Technology University is placed in the 151-200 rank band in the engineering and university category.

JSTU Mysuru offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral courses. Admission to the courses is done on the basis of entrance examinations. Candidates must fulfil the JSS Science and Technology University admission criteria to be eligible for the courses. JSS Science and Technology University, Mysuru has a dedicated placement cell that encourages students to get knowledge during their first year of training in various languages. The placement cell conducts a final placement drive for final-year students. It also offers internships to build practical knowledge among students.
