This digital tool is developed to assist people in their quest for skill development. This brand-new digital tool has been created in partnership with a renowned platform, META and is being executed by the Sarvam AI.
This digital tool provides its users with customised skilling support through WhatsApp by utilising Meta's open-source Llama models. This development is acknowledged as the first significant incorporation of an open-source AI model into a public skilling program at the national level.

The users can send a message to this number via WhatsApp to get help from the ‘Skilled India Assistant’ (SIA). This user-friendly platform helps users identify training facilities in their area, find appropriate courses, and explore job postings that match their skills and expertise.
The Skilled India Assistant offers several interesting features to help users on their path towards skill development and employment. There are two ways in which the user can access the SIA tool, i.e., voice messaging or typing.
