NIT Hamirpur offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral courses in engineering, management, humanities and social sciences stream. Admissions are made based on entrance examinations like JEE Main and GATE. Ph.D candidates have to appear for the interview and give a presentation part from the entrance examination conducted by the institute. Candidates willing to enrol into B.Tech/Dual Degree and B.Arch courses must qualify JEE Main and JEE Main Paper 2 followed by the JoSAA counselling. Admission to the M.B.A. course is done based on candidates score in CAT/GMAT/MAT/CMAT examination. The institute accepts GATE scores for admission to M.Tech courses followed by the CCMT counselling.
