Pachhunga University is a constituent institution of Mizoram University, Aizawl, established in 1958, located in Aizawl, Mizoram. The college is largest in Mizoram by the number of students enrolled in the campus. It is ranked at 34th position in NIRF Rankings 2023 under the college category. PUC, Mizoram is approved by UGC (University Grants Commission) and has received the status of Potential for Excellence in 2017 by UGC. The college is accredited with ‘A+’ grade by NAAC.

Pachhunga University College, Mizoram admission to the UG courses is based on CUET UG or PUCET scores. Admission to the PG courses is done on the basis of CUET PG or PUCET score and an interview round. It is necessary for the candidates to meet the eligibility criteria for admission.
