Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani is a deemed-to-be university, established in 1964, located in Pilani, Rajasthan. BITS Pilani is also recognised as ‘An Institute of Eminence’, approved by the UGC (University Grants Commission) and PCI (Pharmacy Council of India). BITS has three campuses located in Goa, Hyderabad and Dubai. It was one of the 6th institutes to be declared as Institutions of Eminence in India. BITS Pilani Admission 2026
BITS Pilani offers course admissions to undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral and distance education courses. The admissions are based on merit and the scores obtained by the candidates in the respective entrance examinations such as BITSAT/ Business Analytics Aptitude Test (BAAT)/ CAT/GMAT/XAT/GPAT/GATE. Candidates need to fulfil the eligibility criteria in order to secure admission.
