COER offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Admission to the courses is either merit or entrance-based. Candidates must fulfil the College of Engineering Roorkee admission criteria, to be eligible for the courses. Companies participating in the placement process make job offers to selected students through offer letters, which specify the joining date.
