Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has extended the application deadline for all its programs for the 2025-26 academic year. Students wishing to apply for admission can now complete the application form online at ipu.ac.in. The new deadline set by the University to submit the form was April 11, 2025.
For programs where admission is based on IP University’s entrance tests, the last date to apply is April 11, 2025. These programs require students to take an entrance exam conducted by the university for selection.
On the other hand, for programs that accept students based on national-level entrance exams or merit from their previous qualifying examination, the deadline has been extended until April 30, 2025. Initially, the deadline for all applications was March 31, 2025, but the university decided to extend it to allow more students the opportunity to apply for its programs.

- Candidates must fill out their names in capital letters as mentioned in the class 10th certificate or any equivalent certificate.
- Candidates should fill out their father’s or mother’s name as mentioned in the 10th class certificate or any equivalent certificate.
- The date of birth of a candidate must be mentioned exactly as mentioned in the 10th class certificate or any equivalent certificate.
- Candidates must upload a recent colour photograph with a white background, taken on or after January 1 of the admission year. The face should cover 75% of the image.
- Candidates must also upload their scanned signature and left thumb impression as per the given specifications.
- They should keep two identical photographs as backup, which may be required for the Admit Card, Entrance Test, Counselling, or Admission verification.
