21st Century Collaboration with UMass Lowell, USA Boston

The University of Massachusetts Lowell (UML) is a public research university located in Lowell, Massachusetts, with a branch campus in Haverhill. As the largest university in the Merrimack Valley, it has a strong research focus and is classified as an "R2: Doctoral University – High research activity."

Governed by a six-member executive cabinet led by the chancellor, UML is currently under the leadership of Chancellor Julie Chen, appointed in May 2022. Marty Meehan, a former UMass Lowell chancellor, now serves as the president of the entire University of Massachusetts system.
