Shivaji College, Delhi

Shivaji College is a public college in Delhi, affiliated to Delhi University. It was established by the Union Minister of Agriculture Shri Panjabrao Deshmukh in 1961 in New Delhi, India. It is ranked at 70th position in the college category as per NIRF rankings 2023. Shivaji College is accredited with an ‘A’ grade by the NAAC.

SC Delhi offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Admission to the courses is based on CUET examination. Candidates must appear for the respective entrance examination and obtain a valid score to fulfil the Shivaji College admission criteria to be eligible for the course. Shivaji College has a dedicated placement cell that provides employment and internship opportunities to its students throughout the year. SC Delhi placement cell coordinates with the Central Placement Cell of the University of Delhi to ensure that students have access to employment opportunities provided by the recruiters visiting the college. The placement cell also organises training programmes and webinars for the students that will help them during the placement drive. The college has a campus size of 10 acres with a student and faculty count of 3791 and 193 respectively.
