These Scholarships are provided to students in two ways
Here are the details of the scholarship offered by IIM Mumbai:
IIM Mumbai Scholarship Type 1 is provided to students who have taken admission in postgraduate programs, whose total family income is below INR 2.50 lakhs. They get a Tuition fee waiver of 30%.
IIM Mumbai Scholarship Type 2 is provided to students who have taken admission in postgraduate programs, whose total family income is below INR 1 lakh. They get a Tuition fee waiver of 50%.
IIM Mumbai offers a Teaching Assistantship to GATE qualifiers with INR 12,400 per month and contingency as per rules.

According to the Government scheme, only SC/ ST students are granted the Central Sector Scholarship.
This scholarship is offered by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment to SC students. It is provided based on their annual parental income for the previous year.
Candidates interested in applying for this scholarship should have a gross family income of less than INR 8,00,000.
This scholarship is offered to ST students. It is provided based on their annual parental income for the previous year.

IIM Mumbai has some eligibility guidelines for admission. CAT is compulsory for students who are willing to apply to IIM Mumbai. Students must have 50% marks in a Bachelor’s degree. Final-year students are eligible to apply if they expect to complete graduation before joining IIM Mumbai. The minimum cutoff for shortlisting will be higher based on the applicants in each category. The total fees for MBA are INR 25 lakhs, and for NRI quota, the fees are INR 50 Lakhs.
