Chitkara University is a State University established in 2010, located in Patiala, Punjab. The university is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and accredited with an ‘A+’ grade by NAAC. B.Arch, B.Pharma, B.Ed/M. Ed programmes are approved by the Council of Architecture (COA), the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), respectively. Chitkara University is also recognised by the Government of Punjab. Chitkara University Chandigarh Admission 2026
Chitkara University admission to the UG and PG courses is done on merit basis, i.e., 10+2 and Graduation marks respectively and an Interview round. Admission to B.Arch and BFA are done on the basis of NATA/JEE Mains and UCEED scores respectively. Chitkara University course admission to MBA is done on the basis of MAT/CAT/NMAT/XAT/CMAT. It is mandatory for the candidates to meet the eligibility criteria for admission.
Step-by-step admission process:
