Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur which is popularly known as IIT Jodhpur is a public university for Tech. studies that was established in 2008 by the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India. It is established in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. IIT Jodhpur is among the eight young Indian Institute of Technology and has granted the status of ‘Institution of National Importance’ by the MOE, Govt. Of India. It is ranked 30th on the NIRF 2022 Ranking List under the engineering category.

IIT Jodhpur offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes. Admission to the programmes is made through various national/state-level entrance examinations. Candidates are required to register for the respective entrance examinations and appear for the examination to fulfill the IIT Jodhpur selection criteria to be eligible for admission. The (Career Development Cell) CDC expedites students' employment and training by making students' career-oriented' professionals. IIT Jodhpur placement drive is organised by the Career Development Cell. The cell prepares the students on personality development and communication by conducting various practice sessions and mock tests. These sessions improve the candidates qualitative and quantitative skills. IIT Jodhpur has a campus area of 852.00 acres with a student and faculty count of 1388 and 103 respectively.
