All India Institute of Medical Sciences Bhubaneswar or AIIMS Bhubaneswar which was formerly known as Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose All India Institute of Medical Sciences, is a medical college and medical research public university. It is situated in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. It operates autonomously under the aegis of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. It was established in 2012 on 15 July 2003, the foundation stone was laid by Atal Bihari Vajpayee. AIIMS Bhubaneswar has granted the status of ‘Institution of National Importance’ by the Ministry of Education (MOE), Government of India. It is ranked at 17th position in medical category as per NIRF rankings 2023.

AIIMS Bhubaneswar Admission 2025
AIIMS Bhubaneswar admission process is done in online mode only. Admission to MBBS and BSc (Nursing) programmes is based upon the national-level entrance exams like NEET-UG and AIIMS BSc Nursing entrance exam followed by a counselling round.
Step-by-step application process:
- Candidates are required to appear for the respective entrance examinations such as NEET-UG, NEET-PG and NEET-SS and obtain a valid score.
- After the cut-off is released, candidates need to register for the counselling round as per the respective course.
